Nasehat dari Alumnus Unair

Before graduation day, ada acara khusus untuk wisudawan. Yang jadi pembicara utama adalah beliau yang sudah sukses lebih dulu dalam karirnya, dan tentu saja dia adalah lulusan UNAIR. I don't know how old he is now, seems young kok. Mungkin masih kepala 4 lah.. And he told us, kalo dia sudah menduduki posisi CEO di Bank Exim saat berumur 39 tahun. Yang notabene saat itu, kebanyakan berusia 45 ke atas yang berada di posisi puncak. So, What he want to tell is, He was amazing. hohoho..

Nasehat beliau yang aku ingat adalah :

1. You can choose either being an intrapreneur - like him, or being an enterpreneur.

2. Because he is an intrapreneur, so he gave us an advice to be "performed" in every single level of our carrier. 

3. Untuk Fresh Graduate, jangan bingung gaji dulu, insyaallah kalo di awal mah semua gaji standard, disesuaikan dengan jenjang pendidikan. Yang membedakan adalah cepat atau lambatnya kamu berkembang dan berprestasi dibidang yang kamu geluti di perusahaan itu. If you fast and "performed", your company will give you a reward as much as possible. 

4. Upayakan untuk konsisten dengan pilihan bidang pekerjaan. Sehingga, kamu bisa ekspert dibidang tersebut.

5. Be LOYAL to your profession. kata-kata ini mencangkup banyak makna lho, dari integritas sampai kualitas.

Kurang lebih, itulah yang dinasehatkan oleh Pak Dwi ini. Good advice. Oya, one more thing, he said that "Be Success as young as possible" ^.^

Friendship as always

I called this relationship is friendship. I really enjoy every moment when with them. Because, I never need to pretend to be someone I'm not. I just go back to set by default.. hahahaaa..

I love people who make me laugh. I honesty think, it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It's cures of multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in person. And they absolutely can make me laugh. Even when we were not joking. hahahaaaa :))

Now, we are fighting for our live. We have this friendship from highschool ---> Then, we have graduated from university.
Now, we have to fight alone in our own way. But still pray for each other. Wish us luck. Wish we can rock the world and be as success as we always dream.  May Allah always with us and save us.

My Graduation Day

This is my Second Graduation's Ceremony. Before this ceremonial, in 2010 I had once, graduated from Diploma 3 Airlangga University. Then, here I am, 2 years later, graduated from Unair for Bachelor Degree of Accounting. Now, I have a title in my last name,

 Devi Yanuari, S.Ak. 

This Graduation Ceremonial is better than my last one. Because the comittee of this ceremonial is more professional than my last graduation. I have to aprreciated the comittee of Unair's Graduation this year. Congratulation guys!!! You all rocks!

And the other thing which made me quite satisfied is... I graduated with Cumlaude and Airlangga University gave me a certificate for that. This is an increasing "touch" for me, hahahaaa... because when I'm in diploma, I failed to got Cumlaude. Jadi, aku menepati janji ku kepada kedua orang tuaku untuk lulus dengan predikat Cumlaude di S1. Alhamdulillah :)

For your information, I have graduated at September, 12nd 2012, last year. But, because of I have to go to Sanggau, West Borneo, immediately - to accompany my husband - I can't join the graduation's ceremonial last year. So, Here I am, at March 26nd 2013, join the graduation's ceremonial with a biggest smile in my face. Let me share my moment which captured in camera... here they are.. :

 Just like my last graduation, make up and hijab is absolutely by myself. Hohohoooo.. I just want come to my graduation day with pretty and clean look, and ofcourse as simple as I can. Pretty gorgeous, right? hahahahaaaa... :))

After graduation day, at 7 pm we went to Malioboro Restaurant (Ayam Tulang Lunak). Good place, delicious food with people that I love... perfect! :)

Hari rasanya cepeeeeetttt bangeeeettt.. Hari ini aku ngadain foto session untuk Aksesoris2 ku.. Dan kali ini aku pake 2 model.. Anak Sanggau tentunya.. Hahahaaaaa..Senangnya mereka aku make-up in Dan aku jadikan model.. Mereka bener2 merasa "berbeda" Dan Cantik saat selesai aku make-up..Sampe-sampe gak mau nge hapus make-up nya.. It was so funny! Sebenernya Sih aku jg rada takjub, melihat hasil make-up ku yg manglingi. Secara aku gak pernah make-up in orang lain Selain diriku sendiri. Dan yang buat mereka lebih excited lagi, sekarang mereka punya puluhan koleksi foto Cantik hasil jepretanku..Dan yang buat mereka lebih excited lagi, sekarang mereka punya puluhan koleksi foto Cantik hasil jepretanku..

And now I really tired.. Dari nyiapin "studio" fotonya, wardrobe nya sampe make-up artisnya.. Dan sekarang waktunya beres-beres "studio" dadakan di rumahku.. Plus nge-beresin semua wardrobe, semua Aksesoris Dan printilan2nya..Untungnya suamiku yang Tembem itu baik banget, g marah sedikitpun karena aku sudah bikin rumah kayak kapal pecah.Malah, di sela-sela sesi foto, dia sempat-sempatkan belikan kami semua ice cream.. It was cute babe!! Loving you!!! :*

Yah, itu menunjukkan, betapa besarnya dukungannya dia untuk membuatku tetap maju dengan semua keyakinan Dan mimpi-mimpi ku :) Alhamdulillahh

Iyesss, I'm a woman with a bIG DREAM.. Ad it's mean, it's need a big effort too.. yah aku rasa ini adalah proses yag memang harus aku lewati dan nikmati.. Sampai akhirya aku berada dalam titik kesuksesan dan dapat menceritakan setiap proses yang aku lalui ini dengan hati puas dan bangga. Insyaallah

PROSES bukan sesuatu yang menyulitkanmu ,karna itu adalah hal yang sangat mudah, kamu hanya perlu MENJALANINYA
